For four days, we invite you to a retreat where stillness will be your guide. Here, there are no screens, no social media, and no external stimuli vying for your attention. Instead, we create a safe environment where you can find your center and let whatever wants to grow take its place.
This isn’t a retreat where you’re expected to perform or grow in a certain way. It’s a place where you can be exactly who you are.
Read a book. Write. Paint. Meditate. Take a walk in the woods. Rest. Yoga. Take a sauna. Or just sit quietly with a cup of tea and let the silence do its work.
Every day, we offer two optional sessions that include guided meditations, reflection, and simple exercises to help you deepen your connection with yourself.
Since its inception, hundreds of participants have chosen to come here to start the year in tranquility. For many, it has become a recurring tradition and one of the most important moments of respite of the year.
We offer this retreat at cost because we believe this experience should be accessible to as many people as possible.
