In the lakeside cabin, work together to cook a three-course dinner over an open fire. When the food is ready, sit down to enjoy what you have made, with time to gather around the fire.

Swap a restaurant meal for pizza by the lake. Choose your toppings and try baking your own pizza with guidance, then gather around the food and fire in the lakeside cabin.

Take a walk of around ten minutes and enjoy lunch overlooking Lake Tolken or beside the log cabin near the lakes. A simple way to enjoy fresh air and a change of scenery during your meeting day.

We light the fire and lay out a buffet in the barbecue cabin by the lakes. An alternative to the restaurant, with time for conversation and an evening together close to nature.

Guests often ask for our seed crispbread recipe. Here, a small group can try making it together. After some time in the kitchen, you will have crispbread to take home and a recipe to use again.

The floating sauna is towed onto the lake to a spot chosen for the weather and wind conditions. During the evening you can swim, warm up in the sauna, try SUP, listen to music and enjoy dinner surrounded by water.

On the lake · Up to 16 people for the whole experience. Choose tapas or chicken with potato salad. A seafood buffet and drinks can be arranged by agreement.

Move between stations with questions and simple tasks. Discuss, try things out and collect points together to background music. An activity that becomes a natural part of mingling.

Gather your colleagues in the wood-fired hot tubs on the terrace. A relaxing end to a day outdoors, or a moment together before or after dinner.

Explore Lake Tolken by canoe, surrounded by forest. We can pack a lunch or fika and help arrange a gathering in the lakeside cabin when you return.

Carina Norberg from Hälsokällan guides the group through qigong, focusing on the relationship between movement, posture and breathing. An opportunity to try a different pace during your conference day.

A hairdresser introduces the basics. You then work in pairs to cut and style wigs, give each other feedback and create the group’s best hairstyle. Take your wig home — or wear it to dinner.
